A must-read

Every Sunday, I get an email from Dr. Noa Kageyama, updating information on the blog “The Bulletproof Musician.”

Smile.  Walk with briskness and purpose.  Make eye contact.  Bow.  Look comfortable, even if you aren’t.  — These are all standard words of advice.

Dr. Kageyama has just seconded my reminders, and backed them up with research.
